    Rabbit with artichokes and green olives

    Materials

    • 1 rabbit cut in small pieces
    • 1 mediocre onion
    • 4-5 heads of artichoke cut in twos
    • 2 cup of tea green olives
    • ¾ cup of tea wine
    • salt
    • pepper
    • cumin

    Implementation

    1. In a deep saucepan warm the olive oil and sauté the onion, until it browns well from all sides.
    2. Remove the onion and put the rabbit cut in small pieces. Turn it with a fork so as to brown from all sides. Pour the wine, add the salt, the pepper the cumin, half cup of tea water, and cover with the lid of the saucepan and cook for 20 minutes.
    3. Put the olives, which you have before washed in abundant cold water, the artichokes and one cup of tea water. Cover and cook for 20 more minutes.

    Serve the food hot or in room temperature.
